Dr. Lyn is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with a Bachelor of Science, Master’s, and PhD in appetite and eating behaviour.
She brings 18 years experience in helping clients heal their relationship with food, drawing on both scientific evidence and mindfulness-based practice.
Formally trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-based Habit Change and Mindfulness-based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT), Dr. Lyn integrates Science-based nutrition with powerful mind–body tools to guide sustainable transformation.
