What's included?

Please find a brief outline of what will be covered each week!

  • Week 1: Introduction to the experience of mindful eating / Learn how to eat to meet your nutritional needs, achieve a state of good health, improve your energy and manage your weight/ Learn about habits and how they can be changed.

  • Week 2: Take a deeper dive into how to eat to achieve a state of good health / Take a deeper dive into knowing how habits form and how to change them / Take part in a new mindful eating "experiment" that will teach you how to start to let go of unwanted snacking.

  • Week 3: How healthy are your current dietary patterns? / Learn about how much protein you actually need vs listening to all of the hype / Learn how to create healthy meals that the whole family will love!

  • Week 4: Learn how to start enjoying a treat such as ice-cream, chocolate, biscuits or chips in moderation: no will power or struggle needed! / Learn how to make healthy snack choices that help you to meet your nutritional needs.

  • Week 5: Learn how to add a little Mediterranean Flare to your current Australian diet / Learn all about the science and the benefits behind the Mediterranean dietary pattern and how to add them to your current intake.

  • Week 6: How to eat to improve the health of your Gut Bacteria :-). Summary and Celebration - how did you go and where would you like to go to next?

Where, when and how to connect?

  • Where: This is an Online Course that you can take part in from the comfort of your own home.

  • When: Course starts Monday the 19th of May and concludes Monday the 23rd of June.

  • Connection: This course will be run via Zoom.
